Digital Assistant doesn't work in lower environment after refresh
We are unable to generate any results for users in the development environment after it had been refreshed.
We tried updating the ODA link and the Web Channel ID from the development instance of ODA in a sandbox while using the HCM Experience Design Studio tool. After publishing the sandbox I verified that the profile option: FA_ENABLE_DIGITAL_ASSISTANT is still Enabled to Y, and our Employee and Manager roles still have the privilege in security console: HRC_ACCESS_DIGITAL_ASSISTANT_PRIV
Now the assistant is completely unavailable:
