Reorder Fields in Redwood purchase order page

Hi team

Can we reorder fields in the Redwood purchase order page . We need the ability to move some fields like attachments from the "Additional Order Details" section to the header region in "Edit Purchase Order" section . Is it currently possible in Express or Advanced Mode in VB Studio
