Referenced RMA in redwood

Summary:

I am trying to create a referenced RMA following this 25B document

Redwood: Link Return Lines to Original Orders

But I do not see closed lines order info in the highlighted LOV after enabling the returns. Any setup or ESS has to be run? Please advise
