We have a requirement related to security access for Individual Compensation Plans (ICPs).
Scenario:
An employee is either terminated or globally transferred from one Legal Employer (e.g., Onshore) to another (e.g., Offshore). Post transfer/termination, the assignment under the original Legal Employer becomes inactive.
Business Requirement:
The HR Manager (e.g., Onshore HR) who previously had security access to the employee should still be able to view the ICP details associated with the inactive assignment (when the employee was part of their Legal Employer), even after the employee is transferred or terminated.
