indirect access to all BUs in FDI

I'm posting this question regarding a data access issue we've encountered in FDI, specifically relating to the "Manage Service Providers Relationships" setup within the Financials module of Fusion Application (ERP). In this configuration, a set of business units—let’s say BU_1, BU_2, and BU_3—are designated as providers for another business unit, such as BU_4. What we've noticed is that if a user has access to any of these provider units, they automatically gain access to BU_4. In essence, if a user has access to a particular BU, they're also able to access all BUs where that BU acts as a provider.
