How can I remove errors when selecting a terminated employee in Talent Profile?

Hello everyone

When I go to the Profiles--> Talent Profiles section in My client groups and also filter for terminated employees, when I click on the active employee, I don't get the errors you see in the photo below, but when I click on a terminated employee instead, I get these two errors. I tried testing with the standard "HRSpecialist_ViewAll" role and this problem doesn't occur.

However, I can't find what the privileges might be for this type of problem. Can anyone help me?
