Approve Performance Goal Notification shows Duplicate Measurement

The Approve Performance Goal notification is showing duplicated measurements under each goal for both add and update actions.

We encountered a similar issue in 25D, where all measurements were displayed under a single goal when the transaction was sent for approval. Although this was addressed in 26A, the duplicate measurement issue still remains. It appears that part of the issue was fixed, but some related behavior is still unresolved.

Could you please confirm when this issue will be fully fixed? The Support Assistance AI indicated that a fix is planned for 26B, and we would like to verify whether this is the expected release for the complete resolution.
