Mexico IMSS social security contributions not taking place when employee goes on Disability.

According to Mexico legislation Employer social security contributions must take place when an employee is on disability. Disability is tracked on personal details- disability information and the assignment status goes to Leave of absence-payroll elligible.
Employee goes on unpaid leave and when the payroll processes we can not find Employer contributions.
