Manual Reconciliation Reconciled Tab has no Journal Line Description

Summary:

On the Manual Reconciliation Reconciled Tab for System Transactions there is no field for the Journal Line Description. However, on the Unreconciled Tab, we do have the Journal Line Description. Is this normal? This makes reconciliation difficult because its hard to know what each line represents. Is this a configuration problem in our system ? It does seem very strange this field is present on the Unreconciled, but not the Reconciled Tab. See Screenshots below.

Is there a way to add the line description? Any information someone can provide would be very helpful and appreciated.
