Percentage based bank charge

in Payables, Payments & Cash Management

We have a requirement where we need to setup a percentage based bank charge for our suppliers. Is there are setup/configuration available in Oracle that allows us to do that..? The only option I can see is related to setting up a fixed amount.

Would be appreciated if some can let me know how we can setup the bank charges as a percentage.
