Job Requisition approval workflow with DFF field values are getting in to error

Summary:

We need to configure job requisition approval referring to DFF values

We have a DFF field which is AttributeChar28 we cannot identify the same in the job requisition approval configuration so we are using attribute28

RequisitionApprovalHumanTaskPayloadType.transactionApprovalRequest.attribute28 == "N")

Task.payload.transactionApprovalRequest.attribute28 == "N"

None of the above condition is working

We have raised Oracle SR and based on Oracle suggestions, they recommended to delete existing DFF value and create a new one and sync in the BPM worklist. I have done the same but still the above rule is not getting any data
