If a Promotion/Transfer is Coming from RW Job Offer Page it should go for auto approval

Once the promotion and transfer are getting submitted from RW Manage Job Offer page it is going for approval twice one at the time of Job Offer Approval and Other for promotion.

We have a requirement to subpress the Promotion Approval.
