Receipt Close tolerance percentage in PO
Hi Team,
The business created a PO with the receipt close tolerance set to 100%, and after approval, the PO status changed to “Closed for Receiving.”
The PO was then reopened, and the receipt close tolerance was updated to 0% to allow receiving. The match option is set to “Receipt,” and the match approval level is “3-way.” However, even after updating the receipt close tolerance, the business is still unable to receive the PO.
Could you please advise on how to proceed?
