The description for the projects not showing up in manage requisition preference page

Summary:

The user does not see the description for projects when they are updating the requisition preference.

Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information):

The descriptions for the projects gets populated from manage subinventories and locators and we have checked the description is populated for the subinventories(projects).

The one showing above was created before 26A update and we have noticed the projects that are created after 26A are not populating any description at all.
