How to Hide Edit Qualification Outcome by specific role

Summary:

Our client just went live with SQM and they would like to hide " Edit- pencil" icon on Qualification Outcome by role. Using Sandbox with Page Component tool, we are trying to either show or hide the icon for users with a specific role . With expression codes show below, the icon either gets hidden or showed for all the roles. Please provide some guidance.
