Custom Collaboration message not available in trading partner dropdown

Summary:

I am trying to create an custom xsl for Invoice Inbound for a supplier invoice through OBN.

I have created the custom collaboration message and the custom external message definition.

But when I am trying to use this custom message in the trading partner setup, none of the custom ones are coming up in the dropdown. Only the seeded ones are visible.

I need to update the incoming cxml file from vendor to process the invoice in Oracle.
