Enterprise Effective Start Date is not showing year and calendar is in greyed out

in Human Capital Management

Dear Experts,

We started to configure new Enterprise structure with the help of task Manage Enterprise HCM Information , we don't see the year and calendar is greyed out.

My Concern: Before we go for task Manage Enterprise HCM Information , we need to configure the task Establish Enterprise Structures and should load it ?
