Employee with multiple assignment and same payroll relationship how distinguish in payroll table

Summary:

Employee with multiple assignment and same payroll relationship how distinguish in payroll table. because main identifier to distinguish between them is payroll_rel_action_id which get created against payroll relationship , now because of same payroll relationship same id are generated for all assignment due to which im not able to find on which particular assignment they were paid on. payroll has processed for assignments but they were paid on only one.
