Hi,

A customer I support has 109 journal approval rules in place, which were set up in BPM.

I have imported them into the Journal Approvals Spreadsheet, and so they're all in Excel now…

The existing rules are pretty straight forward - e.g.

• Journal Batch Ledger.Ledger Name is "XX Ledger" and
• Journal Batch Ledger.Ledger Enabled for Journal Approvals Indicator is "Y" and
• (Maximum Amount Journal Line.Maximum Net Accounted Line Amount same or less than 200000) and
• (Journal Batch.Created By is "USERA" or Journal Batch.Created By is "USERB")
