Personal Payment Methods for Pending Workers

Summary:

Hi,

On the Redwood page, we are able to add a Payment Method for a Pending Worker, convert the Pending Worker and the Payment Method gets carried forward to the Worker(Employee) Payroll Relationship.

However, we have a case where, the Payment Method can also be added after the pending worker record is converted to Employee Record either by the HR or the Pending Worker themselves.

However, they end up adding the payment method to the pending worker work relationship since hire date is in the future and by default the pending worker work relationship is selected in the dropdown.
