List Views and Filters Using Rejection Reasons

I have different Rejection Email templates for candidates, for example, one after a phone screen and one after an interview. I've worked with Tech Support but could not find a solution on how to filter candidates using the Main Reason for Rejection. If I add this column to my list view, it comes up blank, even though I've provided a reason for all of my rejections. In a nutshell, I can't display main reason for rejection and can't filter using it. Has anyone else experienced this and found a work-around?
