Can't login with OCI Default domain - only with Identity

Hello,
I have a Free Tier cloud account (giselavelazco) where the Default Identity Domain became completely inaccessible after Oracle's automatic IDCS to Identity Domains migration.
SYMPTOMS:
- Only the "identity" domain is visible in the console. The Default domain returns "Resource Not Found — Authorization failed"
- Password reset emails for the Default domain are never received (checked spam, waited days)
- Login to the Default domain fails even after Oracle Support reset the password from the backend
- Cannot upgrade to Pay-As-You-Go because the upgrade requires Default domain access
