Assign Resources to a Team

Hello community,

Could you please assist us with a few questions regarding team activities:

We are currently trying to configure Assisting activities for technicians. According to the documentation, certain options must be enabled in both the Resource Type and the Display, which we have already configured.

However, when attempting to drag and drop a technician to assist another, the system displays a message indicating that a group must be created. Even after creating a group, the message persists, requesting that a group be selected.

Additionally, based on the documentation, the "Assign to Team" option should be available from the Resource Hint
