Redwood Learning 26B: Instructors Created but Not Showing Anywhere

I have created multiple instructors successfully in Oracle Fusion HCM Learning (Redwood Experience), but none of them are showing at all on the Manage Instructors Redwood page, nor do they appear in the Instructor LOV when creating offerings or activities. The Redwood page shows “We couldn’t find any matches” even though instructors exist and are active. I also checked Oracle documentation and found that WLF_MANAGE_TRAINING_RESOURCES privilege is mentioned as required in 24B docs, but this privilege does not exist in Functional Data Security in our environment. We are currently on 26B, and I cannot find any equivalent privilege or updated setup in the latest release. Can someone confirm
