Interview Template creation to be skipped at Job Requisition Level

Hi,

As per current setup, for scheduling interview for candidates we need to follow below steps:

  1. First interview template needs to be created at Job Requisition level.
  2. Interview needs to be scheduled at candidate level

Please help me understand if it is feasible to skip the template creation at Job requisition level, so that recruiter can directly schedule the interview at candidate level.
