Manage Recruiting Job Offer Letters - Process Errors

Summary:

In all our lower environments the offer letters were developed a fresh in BI Publisher and the zip file was uploaded to Content Library manually. We never ran this process in our lower environments. Everything works fine.

For PROD, we did an FSM export from lower environment and imported to PROD, the reports were also migrated to BI Publisher. We have 62 offer letters and we only saw around 45 in BI Publisher. After going to oracle documentation, we ran this process "Manage Recruiting Job Offer Letters" with Parameter set to Yes. I am listing down all the issues we noticed after the process:
