Blank Page When Launching Deep Link (NFX_VIEW_MY_SKILLS_AND_QUAL) via Quick Action

We are facing an issue while configuring a Quick Action in Oracle HCM using a deep link to access the My Skills and Qualifications page.

Configuration Details:

  • Web Application: ORA_HCM_UI
  • Deep Link Used:
    /fscmUI/faces/deeplink?objType=NFX_VIEW_MY_SKILLS_AND_QUAL&action=NONE
  • Secure Destination: Unchecked
  • Navigation: Configured via Quick Action and published through sandbox

Issue Description:
After publishing the structure and testing the Quick Action, the page opens as a blank screen (no error message is displayed).
