GL Attachments: Inability to View Own Attachments Due to Role‑Based Personalization

Summary:

We have implemented role‑based personalization on the Manage Journals page to restrict access to GL attachments. With this role assigned, users are unable to click or download attachments, as expected.

However, we observed that when a user uploads an attachment, they are also unable to view or download their own attachment once the restriction is applied.

Is there a supported way in Oracle Fusion to allow users to view or download only the attachments they have added themselves, while continuing to restrict access to attachments uploaded by other users?
