Personalize the RSSP REQ Line page to auto default a DFF value based on defined business rule

Summary:

Business case: Personalize RSSP Requisition screen at the line level by setting a default value for a DFF based on two conditions: the Source Type being "Inventory" and the Category Name not starting with "CAPEX" (using a regex). Created a business rule in VBCS to default a

DFF "Internal Requisition" field to "Yes" when the category does not start with "CAPEX" and to "No" when it does.

The DFF doesn't default as expected when this rule condition applies.
