No error detail with "We can't assign approvers to this requisition right now"

Redwood Requisition is submitted for Approval, getting message "We can't assign approvers to this requisition right now", but the error detail is not shown as it is in Classic view.

Is there a way to see the underlying approval workflow error message in the Redwood screens?

On viewing approvers on a Redwood Requisition, if the approval workflow cannot build the hierarchy or has an error, the View Approvers screen shows the message:

We can't assign approvers to this requisition right now

In the old Classic screen, the full error was shown, in View Document History, (or from clicking on the status: Pending Approval) and was very helpful in troubleshooting the issue, by the users:
