How can a manager book employee on a course date course only available in a Specialization?

Summary:

I have created a specialization with 'no details view' for the courses, so they only appear via the Specialization to avoid employees booking onto course dates when prerequisites have not been met and as an employee I have the option to ‘Launch’ the course to be able to view any dates. As a manager I have assigned the course to an employee via the Specialization but don’t have the option to ‘Launch’ to view course dates only to ‘view details’ but cant see any course dates, I want the manager to be able to assign the specialization and be
