Hi - I am testing using the Journal Approvals Spreadsheet.

We had 110 rules previously defined via BPM. We have imported those rules into the spreadsheet.

I did a test, where I added 2 lines for a rule, rule name "XX_TEST_00001". The rule contained 2 main checks:

1. Journal Batch.Created By in ('UserA','UserB')
2. Journal Batch Creator.Position Name contains Accountant

On doing the upload of the revised spreadsheet, the resulting output confirms that:

1. Two rules were created based on my XX_TEST_00001":
   1. One called XX_TEST_00001 - which contains the Position Name check
