Production Execution needs UX improvements

The follow tasks, while using the Production Execution, in the context of Process Manufacturing without using Workstations, are very slow and difficult to use in the real world:

1 - Search Work Orders. It's taking minutes to retrieve a Work Order through searching.

2 - Once we click in the Work Order, there's no indication that something is happening and it takes minutes to show the next screen.

3 - Reporting the Operation: there's no Quick Complete; so that enforces users to follow the train stop even if there's nothing to be completed other than just stated the Operation is completed.
