Not able to view Reports in FCCS Prod after Migration

  • We moved Entity 118 from one parent to another in the same hierarchy in PROD via metadata request.
  • That hierarchy change was not done in the lower instance (UAT / TEST).
  • After the PROD metadata change, we migrated reports from lower instance to PROD.
  • Because Entity 118 has a different parent structure in lower vs PROD, FCCS now detects a dimension structure mismatch.
  • The user is not able to download or view the reports as they are facing an error
