Why are DFFs showing on Redwood Personal Details admin page but not About Me page?

Summary:

We have created sexual orientation DFF questions for the Personal Details quick action page. These questions display in both the ESS and Admin pages in the old UI. However, these only display in the Redwood Admin page. They are not showing for ESS Redwood. Any idea why this is occurring?
