Talent review meeting reopened and ratings reverted to prior year ratings on meeting dashboard

Summary:

Our client set up Talent Review Meeting, conducted the meeting with rating changes, submitted the meeting. Once the meeting was submitted it was then re-opened. Once it was re-opened the meeting dashboard reverted the ratings back to the 2025 prior year ratings instead of the ratings that were given during the initial meeting that was conducted for this year.

My understanding based on Oracle documentation is that when a meeting is opened the meeting dashboard should show the previously submitted ratings for the workers in the review population. However in this case it showed the ratings from prior year 2025.

This meant that someone had to into the re-opened meeting and update all the ratings again.
