Unable to enter a POET on each line of a purchase requisition

Would like the ability to add a specific POET (charge account) on each line of the purchase requisition. Currently when editing each line to enter the POET, the update button doesn't work. We currently have to set one POET (charge account) up in Preferences and then we are able to update each line thereafter. When a multiple line requisition is needed with a specific POET for each, we would like to avoid entering the POET in Preferences. Please reference KB866999 which provides the workaround options.
