Cc Emails for Send Dunning Letter Process

Summary:

Hello Experts,

We have enabled Dunning Letters and have a requirement to have a user cc on the Medium Dunning Letter and a different user cc on the Hard Dunning Letter.

Any insight or advice on whether this requirement is achievable is appreciated.
