Unable to apply account rules in Create Transaction Account Definition

Summary:

I created Account Rules for SLA which we applied to Subledger Journal Entry Rule Sets.

Now I want to test if I can use those Account Rules for TAD. But I can't see from the List of Values dropdown the account rules I've created.

Is there a reason why?
