Collaboration Messaging - External Partner Not Found

Summary:

We created an AR transaction without a Third-Party Tax Registration Number and completed the transaction. After executing the “Generate and Transfer XML Transaction” program to send the AR invoice to the Peppol network via Oracle Fusion Collaboration Messaging Framework, we encountered the error “External Partner Not Found.”

It appears that the program fails when the Third-Party Tax Registration Number is not populated on the AR invoice. We are exploring the possibility of deriving this information from the Customer Master and would like to understand how this can be achieved.

Note: For our clients, Most of the Ar Invoices will be coming from PPM Module.
