Can no longer see logs after 26B upgrade (even after creating custom override)

in Human Capital Management

After our upgrade to HCM 26B, whenever I run a QuickPay with a custom process configuration group, there is no log file being produced that shows an PAY_INTERNAL_LOG_WRITE messages.
