We have below requirement from business for education allowance request form, required annually and on need basis:

  1. Initiate one form with list of all dependents with additional fields against each record to enable user entry
  2. Allow selection and eligibility based on child’s age and employee grade
  3. Default child details from actual dependent record
  4. Trigger approval flow for consolidated request submitted by the employee for all eligible dependents
  5. Post the data in payroll for payment

Is it feasible to achieve the requirement using Standard Configurations or using VBS- SAAS extensions?
