Email field mandatory in the Create Credit Card pop-up window

Hi All,

We have a requirement to make the Email field mandatory in the Create Credit Card pop-up window.

Navigation:
Sales Order → Billing and Payment Details tab

Select Payment Method as Credit Card, which displays the Payment Details section
Click on the Create Credit Card hyperlink, which opens a pop-up window

In this pop-up window, we need the Email field to be set as mandatory.

A screenshot is attached for your reference.

Kindly let us know if this can be achieved and the possible approach.
