Use same description as internal to get error when create job requisition with hiring manager

I got an error when I create the job requisition with hiring manager in redwood UI via my team > hiring. I found that the error occur when I use the option "Use same description as internal" in posting description and press continue. The error doesn't show up when I didn't use the option.

From the HAR file, the error seems to be caused by "copy the internal description to external"

Anyone got resolution? thanks
