Redwood Learning Admin: Withdrawal/Bypass Complete

Summary:

We are conducting testing on the Redwood Learning Admin page released in 26A. I have it enabled in our lower environment so we can test before turning it on in Production.

I am logged in as a user from our L&D Department. They have the same learning security role as I do(Learning Specialist - View All). The L&D User is getting an error when trying to withdrawal/bypass&complete a learning assignment; I do not get the error, I can withdraw/bypass&complete just fine.

Thoughts?
