Redwood Learning Assignments Page: Add by Person

Summary:

I can create a learning assignment on the Learning Admin page(My Client Groups—>Learning Admin Tile—>Learning Assignments—>Assign Learning) if I assign using Criteria. But if I try to "Add by Person" I can't search for any users. Both by name and if I filter using the filter buttons(see screenshots below). No results want to populate in the "Add by Person" screen regardless of how I search.

Is there a process I need to run or something that can resolve this?
