Member Formula is working, but cannot see data in Ad Hoc

I recently updated a member formula to calculate payrate based on number of days worked in a month. The formula is below. The payrate account is used in other member formulas and appears to be working, as those are calculating correctly.
However, it is not showing up in payrate when I run an as hoc or form. I've tried checking multiple POVs and it's not showing up in any. Is there something else that I should look at?
