Hide “All Interactions” for Hiring Manager role

Summary:

We have a requirement to restrict interaction visibility for the Hiring Manager role. Hiring Managers should be able to view only the interactions related to their own requisitions.

The “All Interactions” tab (or option) must be hidden for Hiring Managers so that they cannot view interactions created outside of their requisition.
Current behavior: Hiring Managers are able to see all candidate interactions across requisitions, which does not align with the expected security and data‑visibility requirements.

Expected behavior: Hiring Managers can view interactions only for candidates tied to their own requisitions; interactions from other requisitions should not be visible.
