Order Management can't price the sales order because it can't identify a charge, with UOM

in Order Management

I'm attempting to create a sales order for the first time and running into the Error "Order Management can't price the sales order because it can't identify a charge for item AP-220-00009, with unit of measure GAL."

The item and pricing configuration appear correct. Anyone run into this before?
