Add new payment type based on country

Hello,

I would like to add new payment type - ACH for a specific country. This is in Personal Payment Method.

I figured that the defaulted Payment Types is selected from the Organization Payment Method. How do I add another ACH Payment Type in the Lov?

I appreciate anyone assistance to guide me on how to add new payment type.
